I am a Licensed Clincial Social Worker with 30 years of expereince in mental health. My passion is in helping teen girls and college aged women who struggle with anxiety, intense emotions, self harming behaviors, and feeling overwhelmed. I believe therapy should be supportive, practical, and empowering. My goal is to help clients learn skills they can actually use outside of session-at home, in relationships, and during stressful moments.

My work is informed by CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma informed care, and YEARS of experience supporting young people through difficult emotions in community mental health settings, psychiatric residential programs, and in schools.
